We have a customer ,is a central service company after sales .They have 16 different Retail SHops ,they all going to implement Ln ,Central company and other retail shops are different logistic and finance ,there are 17 companies in same server .My question is they are going to use same price list and item table so how i can share it becuase there is relation between each other,relation is business partner relation..planning to create one more dummy company just for enterıng master ıtem data and price list .It will be a like main group company ? DOES it worth it or there is a easy way?

If items and their prices are to be shared, you can do so by mentioning in logical tables for every company with the shared company.

if this is not the issue, please eloborate the same, so that i can try to help u out.

AFAIK and understood, why new dummy company is require, because it brings lots of tables to share i.e. defaults, extensions and may be localised. Why Central Company cant be treated as a main group company, business partner relation will not be barrier in that case.

If this is not issue, please elaborate.
