Does anybody know a way to deploy the baan clients (bw and becs) automatically via server sided software deployment?
And is there a way to make an integrated package of worktop and becs which installs unattend?

I am assuming you are referring to the BaaN server side. Then no, and you wouldn't want to do that due to server and network bandwidth issues.
