Hello,

We installed SSA ERP LN 6.1 in demo , to test it.

Worktop works fine, but We can not open session using Weptop.

The error after clicking the session to open is "Failed to retrieve form class from backend: com/ssaglobal/javaforms/v004/test-baanln/d_ssa_erp/paccb61au/l5/tcmcs/tcmcs0145overview"

The classes were created by "Online Form Cache Creation" and we tried with "Offline Form Cache Creation".

The path for classes: c:\SSAWebtop\tomcat\webapps\webtop\applets\com\ssaglobal\javaforms\v004\test-baanln/d_ssa_erp\paccb61au\l5\..."

The path is also for English language in l2 directory.

Weptop 4.1
Windows 200 server
Oracle 10g
Service Pack Tools 7.6.a2
Service Pack Application 6.1.a2
Porting.Set 7.6b

Does anybody knows how to solve this problem?

I am not much of a webtop expert, but do you have such a class/object as tcmcs0145overview in the specified path on your machine? If not, then that could be a problem> You will need to contact the Infor for that. If it is present, I really do not know.

The message error is "error failed to retrieve form class ...."



It seems not to find the object for the form of that session in the path.
Unfortunately, the file is in the path.

All sugestions will be welcome,
