I installed Baan IVc4 service pak 18-20 and porting set 6.1c.07.11

Sporadically, at least twice a week since the service pak/porting set, when users run tfgld1111s000, they are aborted from the system. In all cases the occurance happens before the final update of the tfgld109.

However, now this occurs in two other finance sessions, tfacp1121s000 and tfcmg5222m000.

I saw an old post that was similar back in 2001, but nothing recent. I have a case with Infor/Baan, but it's bouncing back and forth between Finance and Tools.

1) No, I have been working with Infor on some change to the db_resource file. Two changes I've made (and since reversed) had degradated performance dramatically - had to take them out.

2) On the memory error - I believe this is a consequential error to the database disconnect and the ability of the system to write out the core dump, isn't it? If I kill an informix session at the command line or Option/Dialog out of the system, I get the same error - so I think that is normal. It's the "disconnect" and the Errno 32 that are common to the problem I am having (for two months now...)
