Hi all,

I occassionaly get this strange message in my LN environment. When i try to start a session it would simply not open and the bw message would come up saying the "no license available for product id 10056". I tried with logging out and logback in, but nothing helps. Now if i wait for abt 5-10 minutes and logout and logback in, i'am allowed to open all the sessions.
I have double checked all my license settings through bclm.msc and i'am sure i have the license for this product until 2099, which is active as well.

I'am attaching the screenshot of the error. Please look into this and assist.

regards,

Jatin,

I am not sure that you can get a license upto 2099. Check your license configuration and request for the appropriate key from BaaN/SSA/Infor Support.

Hi NP Rao,

Thanx for your advice.

Sorry, the license is valid till 2037..typing mistake :)

I'll get in touch with Infor support regarding a possible new key.

But still i have my doubts...as this is not a permanent issue and it comes and goes off again.

Is there something else that you can think abt this issue.

I would be surprised that you got such a long-lasting license. Also check the number of ERP LN 6.1 Named/Concurrent users in your license key/contracts.

Hi NP Rao,

I have got 16 licenses for my LN environment. All of them are concurrent user licenses and none of them is a named/server/desktop license. I'am attaching a screenshot of the same.

I could not get "no. of licenses in you license key". Are you talking abt the license key code or the bclm itself.

please check this and assist.
