Go to BAAN/bin directory in command line
type licmon6.1
type who
(You will get all the users logged in )

Type licmon6.1 -h for all available options

Note: Sometimes users are still present in the licence daemon despite of the fact that they are currently not working in Baan. Often this is caused by not closing Baan normally ( e.g. kill the process with the task manager, turn of the client etc. ). Look at te date and time to currently logged in users. To get rid of licenses in use caused by not closing Baan in an official manner you can restart the licence daemon periodically. This will set the licence count to zero again

Hi,

I have tried as per your suggestions.

cd: e/baan/bin
then licmon -w
it gave me error messages as userfile for user 'baan' does not exist.
${BSE} /lib/user/ubaan'
unable to initialize user settings.

Please advice.

Set the variable %BSE% and try again.
