After Language Pack , dtoptx file not generate ? [Archive]

Hi, Dear all,
After install the Language pack , the dtopt(x) (here the x maybe o , n )file not generate , how to deal with it ?

Start sessions "Convert Standrad Options and Status Line Texts to Runtime DD" (ttadv0250m000) and "Convert Tools Texts to Runtime DD" (ttadv0260m000) for language x. This sessions must create dtoptx file if you have master data for language x.
