I need to know the device configuration settings for print device that is can be used for IBR (Integrated Baan Reporting) (BusinessObjects). what parameters need to be set for this device so that baan report prints can be sent to Crystal reports?

Is there anything else that needs to be done on the Baan side for configuring IBR except configuring the device.
I hope nothing else is needed.

I have configured the device for IBR as per the attachment. However when I try to print Baan reports using this device, I get an error similar to "Error printing using the Reporting Environment using the ... device". I saw a thread for this error but that was a couple of years ago. I am using BusinessObjects XI and the SSA ERP LN 6.1 installation has been done on unix. Oracle is the database. I figured IBR Java Servlet was not deployed. Will deploying the Servlet alone solve the problem? Or is there something else that I am missing out. We have not done any changes or installed any patches on the Baan side. Also, everything other than Baan (IBR Server, CMS, Job Server, etc.) is installed on a single machine. Baan is installed on a different machine. (Resource problems). Please advise.
