Hello, after installing sources in LN and installing FP2 I have the following error:
"This Company should not be used because it needs a data upgrade". I ran session ttspt1200m000 but also have an error "Transaction is on can not continue".

Does anyone have and idea to fix it?

Did you check SSA website to make sure you had all of the most recent solution updates to the Data Upgrade Engine (there were changes after FP2 was released)?

Install solution 206918. Solution description: The session "Data Upgrade Engine" (ttspt1200m000) cannot be run because of the following error: “Transaction is on”.

That should solve the problem.
To be complete you'd better also install 207087: Fatal error 205 (index out of range) occurs when running session "Upgrade Data Engine" (ttspt1200m000).
