Hi experts,

I reinstalled my Baan server, Baan 5c on Windows 2000 and SQL 7
The installation is on d:\baan5c.
I upgraded the portingset to 7.1c.02 from 7.1b
After this I could upgraded the BW onto the server. Now it seems I have two environment. First one on d:\baan5c and second one on c:\program files\baan5.1c

I have no problem running baan on the server. My problem is when i try to start job daemon from baan ntmanager.

The errors ask me to read bw.log or event viewer. Cannot find bw.log file. Event viewer states error 2 (no such file or directory) and says Job daemon fail to start, database not up within 45 seconds.

Can anyone suggest any solution or workaround for this.

Are the Baan environment variables set correctly ( $BSE, $BSE_TMP )? As it looks like you have two environments something is not 100%.
