Hello,
It would be great if someone can help me out with this one.

We have production and development servers. We move out customized baan solutions to production as they are tested and passed. All I want is a report (from unix) of Baan components which have been rolled to production in a specified period of time. In other terms all the components that have been modified/created in a specified period. Parameters should be the period from and to.
I would appreciate if someone can provide a solution to this.

thanks,
sandy

Hi there,

not sure whether I understand what you're aiming at (OS Windows2000 versus unix reports) ....
but you may use the find command to show files with a certain creation- modification- and or accesstime.

man find

Hi Sandy,

Maybe you could use the PMC Distributor module.

- Tools - Application Development - PMC Distributor

In this case u use PMC to create your own PMC dumps on the testing server and PMC to import the created dumps to your production environment.
In the PMC module a standard session / report is available to generate an overview of exported dumps in the given period.
