Dear all,

I don't know what happened but suddenly when i want to print from Baan, the session ttstplopen is damage. I can't click continue.
and there is an message on the bottom of the session, the message is "Report ttpmc24011100 Solutions by update VRC".

What is that means? and how to fix it?

I already tried to copied that object from my live server and it's not working at all.

Plese help.

Sounds strange, I suggest you that u try to locate the report object,
U can run this command
log as bsp
$ explode6.1 rtpmc240111005

And see if is present. If not, the object have been deleted... and try to restore from a backup.

After i checked the other object ttstplopen in every print function in Baan are damage, not only in ttpmc24011100.

So then conclusion is object ttstplopen in my PC are damage. Any idea if things like this?

Maybe some systemcrash? Did any errors occur? First check your $BSE/log for any error messages to find any errors that may cause this behavior. If nothing can't be found try to restart Baan, and/or try to patch the tools objects again ( ttiex3227m000 / ttiex3228m000 )

What happens if you runs that report from another PC?
If this runs ok, then you should reinstall your client software.

But if not, your problem is in the server, and I suggest you to put a support order to SSA in order to have this problem solved.

Thanks for all your answer. Actually i had restart the server for couple times and it not give any changes.

I got this error after i ran CRDD. Tried to fix it with Convert Runtime for forms and menu but still got the same.
