When we can't install the stb40c_12-5, after 2 minuts of processing we get the following message.

PMC B-Language Support not implemented for language 5 found in solution

After this, we have moved the status of the solution from "Installing" to "Available" on ttpmc201 and ttpmc260 table.

Do you use extension like controlling and iberian localisation?

You are trying to install a language pack, in stead of the standard service pack 12. To be able to install a language pack, you need to set the B-Language parameters (ttpmc3100m000) and to specify language 5 for your update VRC (ttpmc3101m000). See also the solutions 123464 and 127841 and the documents linked to these solutions.

B-Language Support parameters not found.

like:
282: process 26 - Error: incorrect domain ask_enum 'ttadv.srtm'

Both solutions have been installed before SP12

I assume you need solution 163275.
