Our current environment is Windows 2000 English plus Baan IV. Due to business requirements we are moving to ERP LN 6.1 and we want our new environment to be capable of supporting Simplified Chinese. Appreciate if someone could explain:

1. Which version of Windows we should install. I mean Windows 2003 US English or Windows 2003 Simplified Chinese? Our main work will be in English but we do have plans for incorporating Chinese in addition to English

2. During SQL installation on collation screen, do I need to choose Latin1_general with binary ticked or something else?


Any help in this regard shall be highly appreciated.
