We need to disable audit trail for a database, which is assigned to parameter table of several companies. Can we untick audit trail option from ttaad4110m000 & do the convert to run time. Or any other step is necessary?

Make sure your "Database Definition" is correct. Often those get out of sync with your tabledef.
Also - Parameter tables are manditory audit, some sessions (usually maintain parameters) may not work afterwards.
