I do have a login to SSA Support, however their site seems to down for maintenance today. I did manage to get through however I got a no result message for the document no.

Documentation for webtop is in the ZIP file that webtop is delivered in.

The doc says Webtop for LN, I assume it contains instructions for B4c4 as well
