We use Office integration in Baan IV c4 SP 19.
We get many errors (low memory) when reading ERP data into excel and when published the message 'invalid procedure call or argument' appears.
Further we can't see where we can call the templates in the baan sessions.

Who can help us?

Just to let you know: I'm also currently playing with office integration on IVc4. I also installed all available solutions, but I find the documentation quite confusing at the moment.

One example:
Q: "Do I need open world?"
A1: Yes (SOL 201766: Due to technical constraints ...")
A2: No (SOL 201018: End users no longer need to install Open World ...")
Hmmh.

My current situation looks okay on server side; my baan gui has a new attachment button and some new main menu items (file/send to).

But my word gives an error when I try press "New ERP Template"; see the attachment.

So: Could someone post a simple template (word, excel) and a brief description how to import that (baan). Thanks.
