Dear all,

I just installed Baan and want to install the service pack from SP3 to SP18.
When i installed the Baan Tools 7.1a, my network connection was down and the baan was disconnect.

After the network has connect again, and i want to continue the Baan Tools installation, and the error message comes. The error message is

Package VRC file is in use; try again?

Yes, No

If i click yes, the same question will appear. If i click no, the message with "Table adv111 locked" appear.

How can i release the locked tabel? So i can continue my service pack installation.

have you tried session ttstpdellocks?
Or have a look at table ttadv997 and ttadv998 (application locks)

I already removed the lock in the session ttadv9598m000 and i can continue the installation.

But in the middle of the installation, it comes with errors.
The errors are:
1. process 8 - Fatal Error: Error 1308(database error 308) on tttxt00200 in db_insert
2. process 8 - Fatal Error: can not continue in ottiex1288
3. process 8 - Fatal Error: ottiex1288 : a not terminated transaction is aborted.

what should i do to fix this error?
