After validation, one of our BaaN IV system became unavailable.
Error message is like above, in log file there is a record like this:

E:bsp: Log_mesg: The bshell could not register itself at the license server,
error: Not licensed to run on this platform


I know, if the validatoon keys from SSA are wrong, then I can do nothing. But, does anybody have any idea what else can be wrong.

The platform is Suse Linux.

uname gives simply "Linux"

You need to specifically license the box for linux.

you run ottcorlinux to add the commercial function to your Maintain Requested System Configuration screen.

You will need to start the machine in demo mode (i.e., no license daemon running and logging in as root) to license the machine.
