We have baan5c. When I open any of the help. windows help comes. but i need baan help how can i get it.
I tried to create run time help. but still not coming
Please suggest what should i do.

I believe you need to set your parameters in User data Template (ttams1110m000) either for Baan ASCII help or windows help…

If it is windows help, as said above, you need to download help files in every clinet computer.

Run session ttadv8245m000 - Down Load Help files on every client side.

This help file should be installed during baan erp installation (look at the installation document).

Hi,
Go to User data Template (ttams1110m000) either for Baan ASCII help or windows help.

Remove windows help file name and run create to runtime session.
