After I create a new company in "Company"ttaad1100m000 on Baan LN 6.1, and try to convert it to runtime. But is alway return a error message "Conversion to runtime failed", do anyone have any idea?

all that does is create $BSE/lib/compnr6.2

So maybe you can't write to $BSE/lib? the actual compnr6.2 file?

$BSE/lib/compnr6.2 is being created but no content inside that file. Any way to check where got problem?

Nothing in the logfiles / event viewer?

Thank for helping, I check the event viewer and solve the problem as the user login has no access right to that Baan folder.
