we are using ln6.1 with worktop,

We installed Ln help file available in ssa site (erp_B61a_en_xmlhelp.zip) , through webtop and now we are getting application/functional help in webtop, but in WORKTOP help is still missing.

we had also change the help server path in user data templete to

"c:programfiles/SSA/webtop/tomcat/webapps/webtop/help/baanerp/B61 a/en" , this is the place where help files are available.

Also want to tell that tomcat is also running on server.

your early reply would be highly appreciated .

You must not specify a path, but the hostname (and port number if not 80), and the web application name of the help server:
<host>[:port]/<webapp>
