we have installed W2003 server with SP1. The Baan Windows is 7.1d.04.163.

We have a problem printing documents. If we print with preview and we try to change font spacing or someting similar, the bwprint don´t permit us.

We have changed the permission of $BSE/tmp and the register entries and we have grantted all permission to this things. If we open a session of windows with administrator permission the bw permit us to change font spacing but if we open a windows session with a normal user doesn´t work.

Where we can have the problem?

We don't let our users have admin/power user on their desktops so we hit these problems all the time with software. to find out what permissions I need to change I normally use two tools from sysinternals filemon and regmon. they show what files and registry keys are being accessed.
