We need to setup a new company on a seperate VRC derived from the Standard 4C4 vrc. I need assistance in the procedure to follow and would appreciate anny help.

It seems you still do not grasp the concepts of VRC and package combination and this is part of the heart of Baan. You should search the threads on those concepts.
