Hi, peer!

My login account is a superuser and granted developer rights. But, as I access some sessions, I got a warning message "You are not owner, you have no authorization!"
Do you have any idea what configuration is missed?

PL

(Oh. I am running BaaN IVc2 on Windows 2000 + MS SQL 2000)

Are you talking about sessions - or EasySQL queries?
(because it sounds like EasySQL Queries..)

Only the owner can access a query unless you log in as bsp
(or the owner) and change the owner to blank.

No only EasySQL, but also in ttadv2100m000, I can't change the session owner, I can't change the report list, etc.

BTW, how can I become one of the owners? Some of my colleagues' accounts make change without any problem.

Anyway, thank you for your reply, Dave!

Did you check your authorizations in the sessions ttadv0142m000 "Maintain General Developer Authorizations" and/or ttadv0141m000 "Maintain Developer Authorizations by Package VRC"?

With Session tadv0142m000 you authorize a user to develop software of all packages VRC's and with session ttadv0141m00 you authorize users to develop applications only by package VRC. In this session the authorizations can be defined at the level of modules and languages.

User rights are granted to my account. So puzzling!!

I got the same problem, ttadv0142m000 and ttadv0141m000 has already correctly filled and converted.... :(

Did you fix this trouble?!?

you should be able to blank out the owner field. (either as bsp, baan or root) depending on your OS.

I change the owner of the session which I need modify; then, the problem seems being resolved
