Can somebody give me some tips on above?

I have key-in the help server in the User Data Template.
When I use the "What's this" or "?" icon, I can get the Web Help with bottom a link "Go to Entire Help Page", so it is working. However this both Web Help and "Go to entire help page" are workable in Tools session only.
Those non-tools sessions are not working as I am getting only the Web Help without the link "go to entire help page" and with messages "The requested Help text is not found".

Why this help is workable in Tools only?
Is there more than one Help server? Is the installation of Webhelp not correct?

The help files for Tools, DA and ERP are separate.

Did you install all of them ?

Thanks for enlightened me on the help files. The installation is not done by me.

I'm using the SSA LN6.1 SP1 and using AIX IBM Unix.
Are LN6.1 help files separate for tools,DA,ERP?
Could you advise further how am I suppose to know how to get/install the
help files for Tools, DA and ERP which are separate?
Or which CD to be installed?


I have check that eventhough the LN6.1 is in Unix server but I have another webtop(help server) whereby the web help resides.
There are many directories in the webtop (indicated in help server) folder , but is there anywhere to know whether installation of help files are done correctly. Do you know which folder is the tools,DA or ERP accordingly?
