OS:Windows 2000 server professional
DB:SQL server 2000

I know the flow of setup new user accounts in BaaN IV system in the above mentioned platform.
(1) Setup OS user accounts, and authorize them
(2) Open the msql file in {BSE} directory, and copy a row in it
(3) Add user account in session of Maintain user data
(4) Convert to RDD

While, what is the method to do it in BaaN LN of the same platform?

Any answers and replies will be appreciated.

(1) Setup OS user accounts, and authorize them
(2) Add user account in session of Maintain user data
(3) In the session ttaad2500m000, select the user and from Specific select the option Convert SSA ERP user to Database User.
(4) In that new subsession (ttdba0915m000) you can select 'Use System Logon for Database User' and then click Convert. System will ask you the password for database admin (that is user sa). Provide that and the user will be created in SQL Server.
(5) Convert to RDD

Hi,
...and don't forget to add the user underf BCLM (License Manager) if your Installation is licenced with named users.
