We have Baan4c4. When I execute tfacr3440m000(Print Statement of Accounts), it takes few seconds in one company and ages in other. What the reason could be? Package Combination etc is same for both companies. Its just the session is taking 20 minutes for a single customer and globally it doesnt works for this company, whereas the same session works perfect for the other company. Please Advise.

Hi,

Time consumption depends on data maturity. May be there is huge data available in this company.

Also tfacr3440m000 uses tfgld418 and other gld tables, that may be one of the reason.

Check, it is taking time or hung by knowing process queue status.

You can trace that session using following parameter in BW client for more investigation.

-- -keeplog -logfile TimeReason.log -set TT_SQL_TRACE=020240 tfacr3440m000

The session is not hung and produces output after 15-20 minutes for a single customer. If I execute this report for all customers, then it keeps on processing and takes ages for output. I hve checked the trace log files and there seems to be no problem. Also, session works perfect when executed in certain part of the month whereas is slow at other times. Please advise what option do I have.
