Hi

How to create dmp files in baan for a particular custz sessions. My requirement is I want to load the custz session (including Script, Form, Report, Labels, Domains etc.) which is created in one of our unit & i want to copy it in to our other unit.

Plz advice.

Run session ttiex4100m000, add a patch code with a name you want, the description as per the session, The path name where you want the dmp to be created and the VRC from which you need the sessions dmp

When you continue ttiex4110m000 will open, add all the components you need in the dmp file.


Click Special and click create patch



This will create a .dmp for the desired set of components at a desired location.

Hi Ganesh,

The other way would be to use Export Data Dictionary and create folders separately for each of the packages involved. When using this session be sure not to check based on Sessions and in the second form give full range or all the components you need individually or by discrete ranges(to avoid reloading standard components).

I had tried for ttiex4100m000 / ttiex4110m000 & its working fine, this solves my problem. Also I had tried to search these sessions in the main menu but could not.
