Does worktop needs Admin Rights in the OS for windows for ERP ln?

That depends on the worktop version. From the release notes -
Worktop 2.3.2
internal Normal users cannot run Worktop.Now it is checked if the user has admin rights. If not the worktop user data is stored in his/her personal folder. - 145244 - WT 2.3.2
Alternatively, you can ask the Desktop Administrators to make a SMS wrap of Worktop, BW, DEM, BWC files and deploy across the network, which grants temporary administrative rights and takes away the rights after the installation.
