Hi everyone,

The system got some error (all text column are missing in PO and Po cannot be printed).

When I checked using bdf, I found that the file system is 100% used.
(Sorry, 2 days ago it was 84%)

So, I removed the tmp files in triton/bse/tmp** files.

And when I try to login using my id, it login successfully.
(So happy the problem solved)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Then only I noticed that some users cannot login.
The error message when entered their id

1. "Cannot setup a connection with the Bshell"
2. "Connection with server lost.Start BW again to reconnect"
and the window closes.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
So, after leaving some space, some ids can access but some ids cannot access.

Can anyone give me some idea? Your reply is highly appreciated.

And I also looked checked at the server start up there is a message,

"An error has occured"
-Refer to the file /etc/rc.log

So, I attach the file.

(May be If I free up some space it will work, but not sure which files to delete) Now,it 68%.

Thank you in advance guys. I really need your help.

Bye

Hello,
can you specify the mount point with low space.

Sometime btemp and wtemp allocates a lot of space, but not in $BSE area.

Hi Bernd,

I did that and the same error msg appearing.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

So, I try to add a new user in unix and Baan to test whether its allowing to enter.
But its prompting the same error message.

"Cannot setup a connection with the Bshell"

Connection with server lost. Start BW again to reconnect.

Does that means that the new id and some other ids are blocked?

(Some ids are working well here . I couldn't figure out what happened)

Please advice. Thank you.

Have a nice day.

It seems Bernd would like to know the bdf information of your system before figure out what problem going to be.

Refer to your rc.log, it show that there have some process not started well.
Try to shutdown your system in normal way. Restart it again and watch the error have come out or not.

Also, try to look at the session "Remove Application Locks" and remove any unnecessarily lock.

Take a look on the system directory's permission and compare both the good id and problem id.
