Hello. We'll need to add two new languages to our baan system, exactly portuguese and italian. We don't have these two languages installed. How can I get the language pack and How can I install it?

The needed language packs you can get at SSA Global.

We did the same thing beginning this year.
First of all you will have to run the setup for each language, which will install the tools. After that it is mainly installing Solutions for B-Languages.

There are so called "Language-Packs". They most of the time come together or a bit after a Service Pack. Also the Language Packs you should be able to get from SSA Global, that is anyway where we got them from.
