I'm installing SP7 in another update VRC (Test Update VRC) but when I'm scanning the sp7 with overwrite option the following message is displayed on the screen.

"Solution spb40c4_7 not overwritten bec. it is installed in an update VRC"

Yes, I have other update VRC (Live update VRC) where sp7 is already installed.

What shall I do?

Are there any work around here? or has anyone here encountered the same problem?

It might be that there is a change in the Tools VRC. Even though you have two VRC structures, the tools level is the same. Thus any changes done on tools by the first installation of SP7 will have affected that.
