I help my colleague to install a new system.

When I install the sp3 , I got a message "you have no authorization to deliver Baan tools"

Can you help me to solve it?

Who are you logged onto the system as? What authorities does that user have?

Without being a super-user or in some cases logged on as the baan user, you will not be able to install the SP.
