We are testing a multi-multi company set-up on our Baan pre-production server and we have been told that the attached tables need to be shared by the individual companies with the group company. Whilst I'm not doubting the advice we are receiving I just want to get any views from 'real' Baan users.

While the tables listed seems to cover almost all tables , you can have still some liberty in the table sharing structure depending on the functional requirements if it's within technical limits (referential integrity). e.g. We do not share tdinv001 table because we have same warehouse in each company and hte inventory figures in tdinv001 have to be different for each company.
