Does anyone have a procedure for setting up QMS in BaanIV? I am working for a client that wants to start using this but I have no experience setting it up. Are there any white papers? Knowledge Quest and the Help files are pretty vague to say the least. When I try to set up Parameters it tells me to redefine the series number for the inspection orders, but will not allow me to enter a series number.

Any help will be deeply appreciated!

Has the series number been setup in maintain first free numbers session.

It will not allow me to set one up, it give me the message:

No series in use, adding not allowed.
