I have to create a new financial company and link it to an existing logistic company. What care should I take, what special consideration should be taken, and what configuration for master data will be required? This required to create a new company in the live environment, where some Financial and logistic companies are already exists.

Me generally do these following after creating new finance company…we are Single logistics and multi finance setup
1) Make sure I logically shared the few master data tables with Logistic Company.
2) Add company number into “tgbrg0100s000”
3) Add company data into companies tcemm1570m000
4) Add record into new companies “tcemm1570m000”
5) Add new EU units into tgbrg0530m000
6) Initialize parameters via tcmcs0295m000

All the steps depends on what data you brought into new finance company…
