We have some problem with Baan standard ,When we contact baan they asked us to install one individual solution from support site.How to install the individual solutions?
Is it thru import patch or import data dictionary?????

None of those, patches for non-localizations are installed thru PMC (Product Maintenance and Control).
Baan was not supporting systems without Service Pack 3 (SP3) installed, how did you coped untill now without PMC?!

I think that the documentation for PMC is in the cyberdocs section of the Baan Support site, read them carefully.
