Any body can give me the Tools update 7.1a for service 3, BaanERP Vc. I am not able to search on the Baan support site, If any body know the solution number etc then it will be really good for me.

You mean Service pack 3 Tools update?? Please let me know. We installed Baan 5c last year upto SP11. I have all CDs with me, I can search the solution for you. Give me the specific want..

Service packs are delivered on CD only.. email upgrades@baan
with your customer number and the request and they'll send you a CD.
