Hi,

Is there a way to get the report which baan exchange "Skips".
I mean, suppose , I have an exchange scheme to update a field (say..search key) in item master. But the exchange scheme, skips the records from ASCII file, if that item is not in item master.
But if I try to get a report of all such skipped records..i am not able to get..

Is this standard exchange functionality (of not reporting the details of records it has skipped)?

Have a look at the validate import exchange program in code and utilities section it looks like it will do what you want.
