I installed Baan4c4 stantard succesfully on the new customer server.
But when I tried to install Supplychain(Update CD) the setup started
and it asks for baan login password.Then it is not asking to choose the extensions like only pdm or (pdm& control) or (pdm& ctrl & supplychain)
why?? Seems it tries to update all the extensions.

And also after 5 minutes system is giving error saying that
"Error -13 during opening file seq.open "c\baan4\bin\ntbshell.exe"
.It it aborting the set up?
pls help me.

Looks like you may be using the wrong NT account or your Baan installation does not allow the Baan users to access it, error 13 is an authorization problem (missing file?), so you are not been able to start the ntbshell. Check your athorizations of the Baan installation and for the file, also the user you are using to run the update.

I found the answer to my earlier Question.
When am installing Supplychain on windows server it is deleting the file
ntbshell.exe .Seems it's error in the setup.
So take backup of ntbshell.exe when u r installing any updates.
then it gives the same error try to copy the same
