Is it possible to remove the button on a toolbar for only one session?

Example: I want to remove the copy button from one session, but leave it on all others

Why to remove? you can disable it.

Go to the particular session in Maintain sessions
Then to Form2
Click Forms button
you will have ttadv3100s000
Click Stand. Options button and deselect the corresponding command button's option
