We have a printer that uses continuous paper for tags. Each tag is 10 cm long and can hold 22 lines. I set up a new paper type which has the max of 22 lines. Then i set up the windows printer with the page length of 22 lines. Also the report that is to go on this paper, has a page length of 22 lines.
The printer is set up that it knows that the tag is 22 pages long. When you hit the Form feed button, it moves 1 tag.
Now when i try to print 2 or more tags at a time. It prints the first tag, skips the next 2, then prints the follow tag. For some reason it still trying to print in A4.
Anyone know how to configure the printer to make it uses ever tag instead of skipping??
