Has any one dropped Baan Support and have received the license keys for validation ?.

We didn't drop the Baan support. We are still under Baan support contract. We recently updated our number of licenses in our Baan production, that time I did send the RSC report to Baan and Baan sent the new license keys to me.
I did applied those keys and completed configurations. We didn't find any issue in this process.
