Hi gurus

I need to give the baan general menu (with all menus from common data, finance , distribution,manufacturing tools etc) to a new system admin. I have got it it but it was assigned to me by someone who left. I cannot see the BAAN general menu in the roles by employee list where i find all other menus.

We use DEM on BAAN 4c4

Your help will be appreciated

Assign it through "maintain user data ttaad2100m000". In the field "startup menu (ascii)" insert tc com 00000000. I know it says ascii but this also gets picked up by Windows client.

Thanks very much this is exactly what I was looking for. It worked and using the same method I have also created users who can only access tools and common data
