Hi,
Is it possible to restart licd process when are users in baan whitout any problems.
(I have one locked licence and I want to freeup that licence. I'm allredy kill ntbshell and mssql7 process in task manager)

Hello Edin,
it is not possible to restart licd with useres still attached. This is what Baan has to say on the subject (Solution 132723):
SITUATION DESCRIPTION:
If you are running Baan for some time it can occur that crashed bshells do not clear the licences in the licd.
The solution till now was to stop the licd and start it again. This stops the system for about 2 minutes.
A system with a high job frequence and 24 hour availability has problems with this restart of the licd.
SOLUTION DESCRIPTION:
A new option is added to the Licence Monitor (licmon.exe / licmon6.x) to clean up orphaned licenses.
This is the -c (clean) option.
This option is available from the following portingset versions:
BaanIVc: from 6.1c.07 and higher
iBaanERP5.0b,c: from 7.1d and higher
