It's possible to convert to runtime Database Definitions with all the users working?

Yes, I have done when creating new database and companies. I never tried with an existing database and with users in it.

Then yes the users/job logins will get disconnected randomly, if you do in a live environment it was one of my cases with BaaN support. If you have the Solution No: 139687 - Creation of tabledef6.2, auditdef6.2 and compnr6.2 will be done as fast as possible. Then you can do it in live environment. This solution seems to be available for only 7.3 tool sets.
