Could anyone please provide me the step-by-step instructions of Baan TIME_OUT setting?

Probably aaron is looking for session_timeout settings .. It has been discussed previously.. Just search for session_timeout .. Following are couple of links

Yes, it should be session_timeout setting.
Thanks for the reply. But after i went to those links i found that those setting is for UNIX.
May i know how i can do the same setting on Windows 2000 platform? (like what folder i shoud access, what file i have to create or edit, etc.)

Everything except the portingset and OS specific (like where BSE is defined) are common in Baan installations, even the file/directory names are the same.
So the defaults in unix will be $BSE/lib/defaults and for Windows %BSE%/lib/defaults , just check what is your value of %BSE%, re-read again those threads with that in mind.

1) Set the resource variable in that way it applies for all bshells.
In directory ${BSE}/lib/defaults create a file named "all".
Add the following line to this file using a text editor:
<resource variable>:<value>
for example:
session_timeout:120
In bw-configuration
command: -- -set SESSION_TIMEOUT=0
if you don't wont disconected from baan
