I use this session many times throughout the day to export the data to another machine with baan, only it bugs me having to clear most of the options of the second folder everytime I use this session because most of them appear automatically picked (by default) and most of the times I only need a couple of them at once.
Is there any way I can change these defaults as to not appear the options picked by default?

You can use the session,

remove user defaults - ttstpdeldeflt for that particular session.

I just tried your suggestion and used the referred ttstpdeldeflt for session ttiex1280m000, logged off baan, and re-entered to find the defaults still there.
Is there another step I have forgetten? Or are these defaults, session defaults and not user or tools defaults?

Thats surprising!!!

but maybe you can try to blank all the fields and then click the save defaults button.

the next time you start the session, it shouldnt get any check boxes on etc.
