Is there any equivalent of rc.startjob on NT. I want to run a session in backgroud without user interface. As there is no ASCII interface, how do i use it with BW.exe.

the equivalent is called startjob.bat for NT.
To start the jobdaemon on NT you might use jobd.exe.

I got the attached file off the Baan Support web site. I have used this method and also run bdbpost without rc.startjob.
